THE MORNING PARENT & TODDLER GROUP (35 Places)

Our Christmas party in December was fun with entertainers who made the children and mums hats out of balloons. In May we had a story session with a librarian from Perry Common Library and we enjoyed a day trip in July with our afternoon Parent & Toddler group to Telford Wonderland.

 

THE AFTERNOON PARENT & TODDLERS GROUP (35 Places)

Leader: - Chris Wilson, assisted by Karen Green, Debbie Edwards

 

A very enjoyable Christmas Party and a Teddy Bears Picnic, held in July, before we broke up. In the summer we had our annual outing to Wonderland at Telford. We took two coaches of very excitable children and parents where a good day was had by all.

 

PLAYGROUPS Three mornings a week (60 Places)

We now have three qualified staff running the Playgroup. They are Pauline Cope (Playgroup manager), Christine Sands (Deputy) and Jacqueline Cartwright (Early Years worker). We also have some wonderful volunteers working with us as well as still receiving help from Pre-school Learning Alliance.

 

We welcome all children from around our community and are aware that each child is unique. We aim to meet the particular needs of each child, help them to achieve their full potential and provide a safe environment for them to learn through play whilst developing good parent relationships and good relationships with the children.

There is a great need for the Playgroup in the area and that is shown by our increasing waiting list.
